This Refund Policy explains how SEIN ME LLC ("SEIN Installs", "we", "us", or "our") handles deposit payments, refund requests, and payment disputes. By booking an installation and paying a deposit, you agree to the terms outlined below.
A $50 deposit is required to secure your installation appointment. This deposit reserves your time slot and covers the administrative and scheduling costs associated with your booking. The deposit is applied toward your total installation balance.
⚠️ The $50 deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE once payment is submitted. By paying the deposit you acknowledge and accept that your payment is final and will not be returned except in the exceptions described below.
The deposit will only be refunded if SEIN ME LLC cancels your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances on our end. In that case, a $20 travel fee will be retained and the remaining $30 will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
The deposit is non-refundable under all other circumstances including but not limited to:
• Customer cancels for any reason at any time after payment is submitted.
• Customer is not present or does not provide access to the installation area at the scheduled time.
• Customer refuses service after our installation team has arrived on site.
• Customer reschedules more than once.
✔ In the rare event that SEIN ME LLC determines the installation cannot be safely completed after an on-site assessment due to structural, electrical, or environmental conditions beyond our control, a $20 travel fee will be retained and the remaining $30 will be refunded within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
This travel fee covers the cost of time and transportation to the job site. The customer will be notified on site before any decision is made. No work will be performed and no additional charges will apply. This is the only circumstance under which a partial refund of the deposit is available.
A $20 travel fee is retained from the $50 deposit in any situation where SEIN ME LLC travels to the job site but the installation cannot be completed, whether due to conditions discovered on site or cancellation by SEIN ME LLC. The remaining $30 is refunded within 5–10 business days.
You may reschedule your appointment one time at no additional charge by contacting us at least 24 hours before your scheduled installation. The deposit remains on file and will be applied to the rescheduled appointment. The deposit is not refunded for rescheduled appointments.

⚠️ If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider, SEIN ME LLC will contest the dispute with full documentation including your booking confirmation, deposit acknowledgment, signed agreements, appointment records, and all communication history. Initiating a chargeback on an authorized and agreed-upon deposit payment may be considered fraud under applicable law.
By paying the deposit and checking the acknowledgment boxes during booking, you confirm the charge is authorized and you have agreed to this refund policy. We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating any dispute — we are committed to resolving issues fairly.
Refunds are not available for completed installations. Any concerns about work quality must be raised before the technician leaves the job site. Post-installation concerns must be reported within 24 hours at [email protected].
✔ The remaining balance is due upon completion of the installation. Accepted payment methods: cash, Zelle, or card. Refunds on the remaining balance are not available once the installation has been completed.
