Renter-friendly
- Premade acoustic-panel walls
- Removable painted MDF backdrops
- Removable MDF + marble-look, where the marble attaches to the MDF structure, not the wall
Not renter-friendly
- Marble or PVC sheet glued directly to the apartment wall
- Hand-built geometric trim walls, which are permanent (see that service here)
"Renter-friendly" means the main feature can be removed. Some patching or touch-up may still be needed after removal, and removal or patching isn't included unless separately quoted.

Renter-friendly wall projects use the same schedule as our other wall builds: 30% to schedule, 30% during construction and 40% at completion. Every payment applies to your project total, and the exact numbers land at your consultation.
