By using this website, submitting your information, requesting an estimate, using our live chat, booking an appointment, or purchasing services from SEIN ME LLC ("SEIN ME," "SEIN Installs," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website or securing your appointment.

Deposit Policy
⚠️ A deposit is required to secure your installation appointment. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE once payment is submitted. Standard services require a $50 deposit. Accent wall installations require a 30% deposit due to material procurement costs. The deposit is collected online at the time of booking. The remaining balance is collected in person on the day of installation (cash, Zelle, or card accepted). By paying the deposit you acknowledge and accept that your payment is final.

Minimum Service Charge
✔ A minimum service charge of $125 applies to all installations regardless of individual service pricing. This covers the base cost of dispatching our team to your location with all necessary tools and equipment.

Travel Fee
✔ A $20 travel fee is retained from the deposit in any situation where SEIN ME LLC travels to the job site but the installation cannot be completed. This includes situations where SEIN ME LLC cancels due to unforeseen circumstances or determines the installation cannot be safely completed after an on-site assessment. The remaining $30 will be refunded within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

The travel fee covers the cost of time and transportation to the job site. The customer will be notified on site before any decision is made. No work will be performed and no additional charges will apply.

NYC installations include a $50 travel fee added to the service total at the time of estimation.

On-Site Assessment Cancellation
In the rare event that SEIN ME LLC determines the installation cannot be safely completed after an on-site assessment due to structural, electrical, or environmental conditions beyond our control, a $20 travel fee will be retained and the remaining $30 will be refunded within 5–10 business days. This is the only circumstance under which a partial refund of the deposit is available.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations by the customer result in forfeiture of the full deposit regardless of when the cancellation is made. The deposit is non-refundable once submitted. To cancel contact us at [email protected] or call 973-833-5511.

Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule your appointment one time at no additional charge by contacting us at least 24 hours before your scheduled installation. The deposit remains on file and applies to the rescheduled appointment. The deposit is not refunded for rescheduled appointments.

Access Requirement
Customers must ensure that the installation team has clear and unobstructed access to the installation area and all necessary electrical outlets at the scheduled appointment time. If our team arrives and access is not provided, the appointment will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited. SEIN ME LLC is not responsible for delays caused by lack of access.

Parking & Access
Customers must ensure that legal parking and building access are available for the installation team at the scheduled time. Any parking fees, permits, or building access requirements are the responsibility of the customer. SEIN ME LLC is not responsible for delays caused by unavailable parking or restricted building access.

Customer Preparation
Customers are responsible for clearing the installation area before the scheduled appointment. This includes removing furniture, electronics, wall decor, and other household items from the work area. SEIN ME LLC is not responsible for moving furniture, electronics, or other household items unless previously agreed upon in writing.

Wall Condition Disclaimer
SEIN ME LLC is not responsible for hidden wiring, plumbing, gas lines, or structural conditions inside walls that cannot be detected prior to installation. Customers are advised to be aware of any known conditions inside their walls before booking. Any additional work required due to unforeseen wall conditions may result in additional charges.

Installation Disclaimer
Installation may require drilling into drywall, studs, masonry, tile, brick, or other surfaces. Minor cosmetic touch-ups such as spackling or paint may be required after installation and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Mounting Disclaimer
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all televisions and equipment are compatible with the wall type and installation location. SEIN ME LLC is not responsible for damage to televisions, equipment, or mounting hardware that is incompatible with the installation surface.

Customer Equipment Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing televisions, mounting brackets, soundbars, cabinets, or other equipment that are compatible with the installation surface. SEIN ME LLC is not responsible for manufacturer defects or incompatible customer-provided equipment.

Estimates & Pricing
All estimates provided through our online estimator tool are preliminary. Final pricing may vary depending on wall structure, materials required, and actual installation conditions. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the installation and is collected in person (cash, Zelle, or card accepted). Any changes to the scope of work will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

✔ Completion of installation requires payment of the remaining balance at the time the work is finished. Failure to provide payment upon completion may result in additional collection actions or refusal of future service.

Multi-Day Installations
Some installations may require multiple days to complete based on the scope of work. Our estimator calculates time based on 9 working hours per day. If your project is estimated as a multi-day installation, our team will coordinate all scheduled days with you after booking. Payment terms remain the same: deposit at booking, balance upon completion of the full installation.

Service Completion
Completion of installation constitutes acceptance of the work performed. Any concerns must be reported before the technician leaves the job site. SEIN ME LLC is not responsible for claims made after the technician has departed the premises.

Material Adjustment
SEIN ME LLC may substitute materials or adjust installation methods when required for safety, structural integrity, or installation conditions. Any substitutions will be communicated to the customer prior to or during the installation process.

Limitation of Liability
SEIN ME LLC is not responsible for pre-existing wall damage, hidden structural issues, or cosmetic imperfections that may appear during or after installation. Our total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for the installation service in question.

Force Majeure
SEIN ME LLC shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including severe weather, power outages, supply shortages, traffic conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Service Area
SEIN ME LLC serves all of New Jersey and New York City. Additional travel fees may apply outside standard service areas.

Photo Policy
Photos submitted are used only for installation preparation and will not be shared publicly without permission.

Website Content & Intellectual Property
All content is the property of SEIN ME LLC and may not be used without permission.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
